A police spokeswoman said some of the offences that may have been committed by the rider included having an insecure load, having an obscured numberplate, exceeding the mass limit for a vehicle, overtaking whilst unsafe and careless drivimg.

Don't know whether I admire him or think he really is a goose. Think the driver that dobbed him in might be a bit precious.

"exceeding the mass limit for a vehicle"
I don't think so Tim!! :?
Legend :kuda:

I think Coppa's who wear bullet proof vests fulltime could be classified as "insecure" loads  :kuda:

Ok its not ideal but the thing that really shits me off is bloody nosey people who should mind there own buisness. They are probably really ugly nerds that have nothing better to do,except maybe masturbate in a public toilet. Are they the police NO but like spending there time dobbing on other people because it makes them feel authoritive and they think there balls/tits if female are really bigger than they are.RANT OVER.

The police in Victoria are wearing this awesome looking load bearing vests to carry all their equipment, they happen to have kevlar linings. In my experience most of the police wearing these vest are actually quite handsome and charming.

He will most likely get convicted of the obscured number plate and potentially an unroadworthy vehicle as the indicators are obscured. But as for exceeding the load limit, it might be border line and it certainly looks like it isn't going anywhere, so the unsecured load might be over the top. However, I don't see what all the fuss is about? The bloke most likely had no other method and he has done a mighty fine job of strapping those doors on. I actually commend him on his ingenuity and wish him well in his defense. I certainly don't consider him a goose. I have carried shit close to that over the years on a bike, from neccessity and I don't think I took as much care as he has to secure it!

As for the shit for brains who dobbed him in, I wish you a feral disease which rots your genitals and emits the foulest of odours!

"Some of these offences would be subject to police inspecting the vehicle,''

Which means the police probably haven't even spoken to him yet. Another great story at the moment where the media wont even bother giving an accurate account of the result, because in a week or so, no one will give a shit.

Now imagine if it was video recorded and not just photographed. It would be all over prime time news and everyone would be disgusted.
