what are you looking for? I've got a bunch of spares including whole frames and wheels. c model has a different tank, fairings, cdi, headlight, front fairing stay, tank mount bracket.
minor differences to frame and swingarm and wheels (all cosmetic) you can put c model wheels on an A, and vice versa, works the same for frames and swingarms. I'm currently using a C model tank bracket for my A model, the seat doesn't fit right and I had to use a different bolt, but this is until I can find one that isn't an outrageous rip off for $2 worth of metal.
it's not hard to find parts, it just takes looking.
engine parts are the same as a kawasaki balius, balius was an aussie import and all parts can be sourced (at a premium) through a dealer. got blowby? need rings? go to your local kawasaki dealer and ask for rings... need a head because the valves are getting long in the tooth? wreckers will sell you a head for a few hundred bucks, it takes about 2-5 hours labour at a mechanic to fit this. but all mechanics will try to sell you a new engine for ~$1500 exc fitting, where they will then take your engine, and sell it back to the wrecker, who will probably use it to give someone else bottom end parts, or take a good head off another bike and sell that engine for another $1100 to a mechanic who will charge you $1500.
this is just my experience and personal advice. this is by no means a true indicator of your situation, this is what I've seen.

ebay? what fairings do you need? I have a front cowling in blue that's in great condition, as well as a rough green one...
