Hi all,

Been awhile since I've been on I've moved to Brissy since the last time. Anyway I need to get my bike transfered to QLD rego but I know they are particular about the rear fender clearnaces etc.
My problem is that since I put the Yoshi on my baby I just made up my own little aluminium bracket to hold the plates on. Does anyone know where I can find an original 2006 zx6r rear fender or can I just transfer it as is?

you just have to have something that goes further back than the rear of the tyre, i just got a roady done for my 2000 zx6 and they wouldnt pass it so i reached down and bent the plate a bit and said look it passes the back tyre and i got the roadworthy

ha. Mine is too far back to do that unfortunately. Might try going to a car mechanic and hope he isn't uop to date with bike law.

You could just use a piece of plastic, doesn't have to be pretty, just has to follow the ADR, which is more than 45 degrees from centre of rear axle to bottom of fender, whilst sitting on the bike.
