I went for a jog and came back after a minute because I forgot something…
I forgot that I’m fat and I can’t jog for more than a minute.

Goes to show how silly you are !
I need to lose weight too but i wouldnt even think about going for a jog
Maybe buy a walking machine and that way when your buggered its not far to the lounge
