ZX6R fairings?

Hi guys,
was just wondering if the fairings from other models fit a 00 ZX6R? maybe the 98-99 zx6r's?

You haven't chucked it down the road already have ya Pop
The ones from a 99 would fit without too much trouble, but not the 98 without major 'plastic surgery'...
The 01, 02 farings should also fit it

The '98 and the '99 are the same model, dude. It's the '95-'97 bike which looked completely different.
To answer the OP's question, though:
-Side fairings, seats, tank and ducktail went unchanged between '98 and '02. Any of those will fit.
-Top fairing off a '98-'99 will also fit, provided you replace it complete with headlight, screen, headlight bracket, H-bracket and ram-air ducts.
-Front guard mounting points changed between '98-'99 and '00-'02

Nah no way Nova! haven't even had the time to ride it...just planning for a few track days to improve my skills.
It seems there's no 2nd hand fairings/ or raceglass available at all. New fibreglass ones are a bit too pricy atm
