Or have a look at what they sell at bunnings.

If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

I have sourced some material which is Ideal for making RADectors, i have made a few for the Brisvegas locals including Beryl, Kevvie, Yappa, Th' King & both my scoots.
Still in the process of Doing some R & D work on them. The metal mesh is unobtainable stainless steel mesh with a non stick (easy to clean) black coating.
I'll be offering them for sale in the new year to KSRC members for $65 plus postage @$15.
If any one is looking at getting one before then pm me & i'll see what i can do.
Cheers Brett

Heres one on my 04, its been to the track and doesnt seem to overheat and way cheaper than fixing a radiater not to mention the hassle of having to organise a trailer home on a big day out.
