Check with Greg mate, He had the same problem and ended up going to Dyna Bike. Not sure if he does general spanner work though? I know for one i was impressed with his set up.

Guys if you are looking for someone west of the WG Bridge, I highly reccomend a poky little decrepit looking shop who does top work for not a lot of money. The guy builds a lot of kwaka drag bikes so knows a thing or two about a motor. He does late model service work and tyres and all sorts. He has been cheap, honest and reliable in all my dealings with him. He also did some work on a mate's R1, which none of the Yamaha dealers could diagnose or rectify, and charged him feck all for it too. Only thing is his Frontage is Old School. No flashy point of sale crap, just a small shop, with a few accessories mounted on a peg board wall, an oil stand, and loads of Z1000's all over the joint. His name is Shannon from memory.

Yeah like really ancient stuff built 10 years after I was born....you know Gos, stuff from the 70's

There was a completely original Z9 there too!!! Not a resto job, but a genuine original with original paint and chrome, with the only non original items being the newish Pirelli rubber circa 1980!

But this guy can make even a Honda run well apparently!!

I will take some pics next time I am down there. I am sure Shannon will put on his very best KSRC pose for the camera! Maybe he will even have a few relics laying around I can photograph for your very pleasure Gos! :D

My bike is at Race Replica at the moment. The mechanic I think his name is Con, starts work at 6pm (not sure why) and they said my bike should be ready by Saturday as the guy is flat out. Looks like he's the only mechanic there but they seam to have my bike sorted.
