according to the book, first one was done at 9xx something km and then the 2nd one done at 4xxx somthing km, so now it's nearly 9000km, i guess it's about time to do it?????

I just paid $279 for a service with change of plugs, oil, oil filter and tightened chain and rear suspension, that was with a 10% discount and they done an absolute SHIT job, that was at a joint in Fairfield and it'll NEVER go back there.

I break down across the road and i'll push it to friggin B Kwaka or somewhere before it goes back there!

How often do they do the Plugs?
I have done all of my services so far & all that was involved is change of oil & oil filter every 1000-2500km's depending on how hard it was ridden & changed the air filter@ 5k & 10k, bike now has 12k on it & is getting a clutch plates/spring change in the next few weeks...

I think valves are @ 18k?

Hidepenny, you ought do a little Collusion yourself, with a few local members, and do your own services. Will save you thousands. Once your out of warranty that is.

it's not that i never tried, last time i did a service for a car, and i stuffed up the car totally, even though i had the service manual with me, changed oil, oil filter, sum plug, coolant, and even thermostats.

and it turned out some how i stuffed the gear box and clutch even though i didn't and still don't knwo what i had gone wrong .........and ended up wreaking the car for $200

it was diahatsu charade :( :(
