pushed my bike a bit by it's handle bar, and rode it this morning to the service place, and realised if i accelerate hard enought the handle actually stays there  it doens't return to its original state

i found this to be extremely unsafe while downgearing

scared the shit outa myself on princess hwy today
:?

is it because i squeezed to hard when i pushed my bike???? and made the rubber handle out of its shape or soemthing????

Worn or ill fitting grips can slide over the end of the throttle tube and bind on the handlebar. Just check to make sure it's not something simple like this first. Have a look at the right hand end of your grip and make sure it finishes before the end of the throttle tube it sits on. If it has stretched over just wiggle it back up to get you out of trouble, then replace/repair when you can. :)

After i dropped my ZZR, the cable dropped off the rocker in the Handle and lodged inside. The accelerator was sticking all the way home. We just pulled it apart and laid the cable back over the rocker and put it all back together......all good
