new braided brake lines - do i need to rebleed???

I installed Hel braided brake lines to the front yesterday and i have successfully bled them and all is good.
They are awesome. no more spongy feel. the bike actually feels like i could get the rear wheel in the air if im not careful.
I am wondering if its worthwhile after a week or so if i should bleed them again just to make sure there wasnt any air trapped somewhere in the line.
Am i being over cautious?

Nope, unless you power bleed them (ie with a vaccuum unit) you should give them another go in a week or so.

Did that once with the old 9 which was a bastard to bleed at the best of times. Sucked so much air into the lines it took twice as long to fix it doing it the hard way

For a quick bleed of front brakes get a zip tie put it around your hand grip and brake lever, pull tight. Leave overnight, cut zip tie and walla all the air in your brakes has been bled out.
