Some of you will know, or know of, Animal from Kings Cross Bikers. He is a tireless charity worker, and recently had a hip replacement. He is now not allowed to ride his bike , so a fundraiser has been organised to convert his Yammy 1600 to a trike, so he can continue his works.

Its at the Lakemba National Servicemens Club, Friday 28th July, 7-11pm.

Auction, lucky door prizes, Lucky Key, and a Mystery Auction.

Crikey, i ran into the ole bloke at a bikeshop on Saturday & still have his card in my wallet. He said something about not being able to ride his bike and wanting to convert it to a trike sometime after his hip strengthens up a bit.

He's currently getting around on a 50cc 3 wheel zippy or something, they tend to convert them to wheelchair use so chairey's can get about at their own convenience.

Hmm, might have to see if i can get along to this thing.
