Met Mal at reefton few weeks ago unexpectedly at reefton. Then rode back and had a blast. Lunch at marysville
An overnighter to port campbell last week with few kawasaki diehards who now ride bmw's

Sounds like a fuel blockage or pump issue.
Maybe try a different map on the PC or remove it see if that is an issue.
