Re: New rider rear wheel punctured on highway doing 110

Valve, cracked rim; if its a slow leak, the C02 canisters should get you servo/shop/home. Then have the tyre/rim inspected.

There are few mobs also selling tyre sealant kits for emergency repairs on bikes.

Are you turning this into a track bike ?

I'd be interested to hear how that gearing performs on the road, do you need a speedo healer ?

If the rear tyre goes flat, the back of the motorcycle will tend to weave from side to side.

If you do have a blowout while riding, you should:

* hold the handgrips firmly and concentrate on steering - try to keep a straight course and keep looking where you are going

Looking at model updates in the existing line, the ZX14 would be the replacement.

Re: NINJA H2

What makes everyone think that Suzuki isn't de-tuned from gsxr spec?

It's being reported as a de-tuned gsxr motor, just like Tuono & S1000 have both de-tuned superbike motors.

All those "superbike" naked's practically have all the superbike goodies, 2014 Z1000 has very little from the "11+ ZX10R ...

Re: NINJA H2

Why can't they follow Suziki's suit like the euro's and make a naked with Superbike like performance/handling.

Isn't that what the Z1000 isn't ?

No G sensor or lean angle reading?

The latte boys wont be impressed when they don't see 15 deg of lean.

Its not AS1698 approved; the manufacturer is fishing for 100 aussies to pre-purchase before applying for cert.
