I'd say that is because top gear don't go out of their way to DESTROY cars, they just pour shit all over their design and handling.

I put optimax extreme in my vespa et4 (150cc) and the little bitch went like an angry wasp :twisted:

I can normally get the thing up to 115 on the HYW, but the scoot was getting to 120. I told my partner about it and he told me off because it too much for the pistons to handle and they'll burn out ...

Where are you guys getting your facts from??

I went to my first moto gp last year at phillip Is. and I loved it!! I could not get over how bloody loud those bikes could be! Had a blast then, and I can't wait for it again this year, as it seems to be anyones game.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here in the forum has been to a moto gp ...

In relation to the original post, about how irritating scooter riders are, can I just say that I used to ride a 150cc vespa, and I'd ride it like I stole it. (still respecting road rules, but I was very assertive)

The fuel economy (normally 2L/100kms) went out the window with me filling up with 98 ...

I bought Brett a get well card. I'm his neighbour and it ain't the same without hearing the Bike roaring up the street everyday. A real shame the car driver didn't stop but hey..what can you expect? A lot of car drivers don't bother to stop.

Anyway, Here's hoping he'll be back in the saddle again ...

Well, I ride a vespa 150cc and I was amazed with the licence 'test' you had to do to get a learners permit. There were 5 multiple choice questions. There was nothing as complex as the car learners test, and nothing about road rules, or safety... I was suprised by it, and I think they should make the ...

I used to ride a vespa, and I'd often wave to all the sprotbike riders, but the ignored me, so I stopped making an effort..then, THEY start waving at ME!!
