Hi all,
I'm new to your site and must say its cool. I'm located on the Gold Coast and have a 97 model ZX7R. It was sad when I got it but was cheap. I'm a mechanic and have been giving it a major birthday over the last few months. Its got some usual mods - braided lines, factory jet kit (will be fitted soon), full titanium muzzy race system, single seat cowl, down 1 on the front sprocket, new two pack paint (green of course) etc along with some long neglected maintenance. About to order an ignition advancer and hope to have it finished and rego'd in January. Its my toy and built it for Sunday rides and track days mainly. Look forward to going on some rides/track days with you guy's and meeting some like minded people. I'll post some pics soon for you. Man I feel like I'm on a first date - LOL. Thanks guys and gals and look forward to catching up with you all.

Welcome fat460, you should not have any trouble finding someone to ride with north of the Tweed, seems to be plenty of members living in Qld and always keen to ride. Bike sounds impressive and would appreciate a few pics when you finish it.

I have also got a 97 zx7r(full muzzy stainless/factorypro jetkit/bmc filter/+4 ignition adv/vortex clipons/ermax double bubble screen).

You'll have to come out for a fang when you get it regd.

So I take it you have a big block Ford by your username? Sounds like fun.
