Where can I get new brake rotors for my GT550? (Queensland)

Post by bonester »

I need some new rotors so I can get my GT550 to pass a roady- I can get some loaned to me for RWC but would like to find a new set, particularly if they are cheap- don't want to spend too much on an old bike.
I rang Aussie Bike Discs in Browns Plains several times last week, and they didn't answer- I left at least three messages, so far unreturned. Guess they're not too keen on selling brake discs then....
Anywho has anyone got any suggestions of where and how many $$$$ I could get some rotors. I remember GSE in Brisbane used to make discs, but I couldn't find their number in the yellow pages. Goodridge and the like are too expensive. TIA! :)

If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

You probably wont do better than that ($160) from what I've seen.
