Well I finally got a new bike, well an old new one and I am really really sorry but.... ITS A HONDA!!!! Still a rice cutter tho. The specs - 1997 Honda CBR900 Black n Silver, standard pipe which is gonna get a tosser very very soon... sounds gay right now.
Anyways, tomorrow I will get my fella to take some pics of it and I'll post them... WOOT she goes like a shower of shit and she's alot more rider friendly than my ZX was... should I join the Honda Club??

Lani as I said in the chat don't worry about the Kwaka bullshit. When you've got a limited budget the two big things are that the bike fits you, and is in good nick. You can't always be too fussy about the brand. From the sound of it the bike's in good nick, and you can put both feet on the ground with this one!
Good to see you smiling again mate and looking forward to seeing you out on a ride soon.
PS You realise, your next step up will be to a ZX12R... watch out Jonno!

Well I cant say much about confidence... I wasn't remotely frightened of getting back on a bike after the death of the 6. I've been going and doing a little blast every day.Mick C wrote:I guess it's OK, as long as it's just a bike to get your confidence back on before updating to a real bike in green
A confidence booster for me tho when I bought the bike - the guy that sold me the bike at TeamMoto Honda at Nerang, when I was coming out of the shop after doing all the paperwork, he was still outside (I dont know what he was doing all that time but anyways...). He shook my hand and congratted me on the purchase of such an outstanding machine and says "you know I was just on the phone to me mum, and I was telling her that this tiny little chick just bought herself a bike that alot of guys would shit their pants to get on and ride but she handled it really well." What else did he tell his mum??

Mojo... you're right its a bike, its mine and I dont have to answer to anyone for it!!! I missed riding so bad I was thinking about selling a kidney on E-Bay to buy a new bike!!

at night too,me broken third toe, right clavicle fractured 2 ribs, right wrist and lalalala but riding on still :)Nice bike thou.
