Nothing on foxtel,missus is at work,ussually in this dire situation i would go for a ride into brissy with no destination in mind but this stupid rain wont stop.I only ride on the weekends because i have a company car so im getting pretty desperate.

Maybe i'll just go sit on her

give 'er a wash, maybe that'll make the rain stop. The logic is, washing a bike/car when its dry brings the rain, maeeeybe it'll fark off if you wash it desperately enough.

I used mr sheen last week to polish her and my god was i surprised never seen anything so shiny and the road "grub" that gets under the tail which i would scrub for what seemed like hours with the sponge came off in one easy wipe.

With this sort of wrap i should get sponsership.

mate ya shoulda gone riding, i started at 5.45am and did 300km loop with 4 work mates thru dayboro, mt mee, woodford, kilcoy, sommerset dam, split yard creek rd and then thru glorious (which was an horrendous mess) and was back home for lunch with not a drop of rain on me.

Tho one of my mates fell off his bike crossing a patch of road that had water running across it while cranked over at 80kph.

Fortunately hes alright....till his wife gets a hold of him.
