Ok, what is it doing, and what is it not doing? whats your normal start procedure? full choke, no throttle and wind it over for a second or so? how much have you tried to turn it over, you may have flooded the bike.

If it just wont start after you discovered the problem, its quite possible the engines flooded. in which case, no choke, full throttle, and crank it to pump out the petrol that got in the motor. Also make sure that the oil level is the same as before, otherwise you'd have gotten petrol into the sump, which means your oils thinned out and wont lubricate as well as it could.

If it hurts, you aren't doing it right.
