Rear bike stand advice plz
Fellas,
I've got myself a nice paddock stand for the rear. I've setup the bike so it's almost vertical and with the help of the neighbour had a go at hooking her up at the rear.
No luck, I put all my weight on it, but the bike would not move rise up with the paddock stand.
The front wheel was inline with the bike and the bike was in neutral.
I don't understand what i'm doing wrong... do i need to push the bike back onto the stand rather than leaver the stand...
Cheers,
Martin

as the stand start to tilt backwards
the wheels slide forward
you can help this by sorta trying to pull
the rear of the bike towards you
as you press down on the end of the stand
hth
cheers

Also just make sure the hooks on the stand are inline with the pickup knobs and stand on the rear of the stand(piss easy

Hey Wattie, don't think i can get a lighter 600 and a 03 636...
I will have another go when i can grab the neighbour...
All I know is it was hooked nicely on the bobins and i put all my weight on it, but it would not come back and raise itself onto to the stand.
I'll let you know how i go.
Cheers,
Martin
