I'm old news now Smitty - but thanks for asking :D

I'm healing reasonably well - I see the ortho specialist next friday for a follow-up and to begin putting weight on my leg. Physio will probably start in ernest then.
Ribs and back are still bugging me - probably will for a while though.
Burns are healing nicely now that I've had a GP looking at them for the last week and a half - nurses didn't know what to do.
And from today I'm trying to take no pain-killers. There's pain still, but nothing unbearable and the last few days I've hardly taken anything, so now I'm trying nothing.

I'm working from home full-time now - so stamina and ability to sit up for longer periods is much better. I'm hoping to get into the office for one day next week. At the moment 45 minutes is about my limit in the car, but I'm hoping that by next week I should be able to handle the 1.5hr trip into work.
Been getting out to the movies a bit with the missus though which has been good - it's called 'rehab' :D

So things are going ok - better than expected on the pain front - but it's still slow going.
I just want to walk!

If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.

From personal experience Ty...
Never accept anything less than you had before, some of them physios will pike out before you will.... they seem prepared to accept 50/60% movement...
IN hindsight I think pain was a real good friend there for a time....
Just because you CAN ride, doesn't mean you SHOULD
