Fuel Range Questionaire
Hey people. I need some info when it comes to selecting my next bike.
I need to know the fuel range of a full tank
all years of zx9r, zx6r, zx636r's, z750 & z1000, also wouldnt mind hearing about the ER6N (not that i think i'd go that route).
Cheers
Duane

Who gives a stuff about tank range and fuel economy?
I do 500k a week and probably spend a little under $30 on fuel. If I were driving a car, I'd expect to be throwing $60-80 into the tank. If the tank range is low - fill upo more often
The areas a bike loses against a car is in tyres and service cost. Find a reliable bike that is easy on tyres (which are a comon size) and it's all good.

All these numbers need to be take with a grain of salt, it all depends on riding style and type of roads your on.
Case in point, Andi's getting the above figures.
Me on pretty much the same bike (albeit with my extra 36cc) will see 250 - 280 before reserve "usually", have never seen below 230, and at most saw 325 before reserve on a 100k freeway dribble.
