Huh?? 13 isn't lean, unless you're running a turbo on your bike. 14.7 is ideal on a naturally aspirated engine (obviously a bit richer is safer) but 12.2 is rich.
14.7 is PERFECT combustion in a PERFECT world...
No such thing in the real world...

You would NEVER run 14.7 A/F ratio's unless it's closed looping on cruise...

12.2 isn't rich for forced induction, but it just happens to be where the SR20DET makes peak power, but engine goes pop if we left at that...
