[BNE] Additional bike parking in the city

This is for the Brisbane people.

Just notice this today, they've added additional motorcycle parking along Charlotte St (outside Gilhooleys), opposite the existing stretch.

I estimate it'll fit in at least 20 bikes.

About time the council added some more bike parking in and around the inner city! If only they would add some around Southbank.....
