front brakes kicking back

i have a problem with the front brakes.. everytime i brake the handle bounces

.. apparently theres something on the front disc.. cant be the pads cos i got new ones when put my bike together since the last guy who had it tried to get em out with a screwdriver

silly chicken he was...

That sounds a little odd.

As you're stopping does it shudder or do anything else that feels not right. Might be a badly warped disc but I would've thought it would have to be pretty bad to make the lever move.

yer it does.. but the disc doesnt look warped at all.. my mum is jst guessing that theres something on the disc.. but i think its wearing down cos the handle doesnt bounce as much..

wheel balance, or warped disc, take the disc off just dont look at it and rest the edge of a ruler along it on different angles see if its warped.
