If I lose more than point two (.2) of a kg I will have reached my first milestone... 20KG of weightloss...

The next milestone is the halfway mark.... this is a dissapointing 3.2KG away.... I dont think i am going to make this this week.... However, depending on this week, It could very well be next week I hit that...

Total 21.2kg
Current weight 115.4

Thats only 2.2Kg away from the halfway point

Im still hoping to make the 110 by the GP's...

Anyways.... this week.....

In true KSRC Style, I drank too much, ate the perfect amount, did little excersize.... SO will have to see how we go....
