Well the pic is credited to SDPICS who would own it, even if you bought a print.
Not sure if they would have needed (ie should have gotten) a model release in this case before publishing it though.

I'm not interested in any personal gains, just would have preferred, believe it or not, to not be on there. But then again, you can't see the riders face....so maybe it isn't me??? Maybe I just posted a pick of some dude!!!
