How can I tell if my head gasket is stuffed?

Try looking in the mirror , any leaks around the ears is definitly a head gasket problem , assuming you haven't just put a new blade in the razor .
You can just try tightening the bolts just below the ears , may help . Check with Stace he has had head problems for years .
