front and back tyres

Im after front and back tyres, so far I quote for $365 plus fit for shinkos anyone know a better deal or does that sound about rite, Im not a tight ass, just unemployed at the moment

Just a hint. Maybe you could have solicited a few more responses if you had been a little more specific in your question. Perhaps some details, as to what bike you ride, what tyre sizes it runs, what sort of riding you do, might just give some people something to go on! :wink:

depends on what sort of riding as strika mentioned earlier.

i like the M3 Metzlers, BUT they wont be that cheap and prolly wont last as long as the shinko's.

but thats like saying a falcon XT is cheaper than a fairmont ghia.........your not comparing apples with apples IMHO.

come for a ride with us one sunday (not this sunday - i'll be at winton) but next sunday we'll be going - have a look at some of the tyres my mates use, have a talk and make up your mind from there. (BTW alot of then also have m3's)

tyres are a VERY personal thing, its a feel thing :wink:

I know what you mean phil, I already bought the shinkos, I rode on em

today they seem to b ok, how ever what would I know, wouldn't now as

much as you guys do, that why I rely on this site to hear from guys like

your self I don't have much experience when it comes to curvey roads,

and its nice of ya to give us an invite, I'll take you up on that offer how

ever sun 29th I hav a buks to go to n 5th is weddin ( poor bloke) may be

the 12th if weather and availability allows

Just cant bring myself to put something called Shinko on mine but
