I read something once where someone had this problem because they claimed they had overtightened the throttle cable adjusters and all the vibes were going straight from the engine to the throttle grip...dunno but it has to be worth a look :?

i suffer from a mild case of the same or a similar thing.

it usually only happens to me when i am riding around town though.
Im pretty sure its caused by me having too much weight on the bars and cause i cant usually take the throttle hand off for a break it just gets worse and worse.
out on the real roads i find it isnt so bad cause its easier for me to sit in a position that has less weight on the bars. (ie pushed back against the pillion seat and tucked in a little more).

if you do find the what the problem is on your bike i would be very interested to hear what it was so i can check for it on mine too

i was once experienceing the same issue where the hand bar was just vibration so badly, and i thought it'd be the cable or some machinical parts, and was thinking to get it checked out in the next major service

however i took the bike for a really clean wash and the vibration just disappeared

and now i am guess it could be the dirty in the cable or the handle that is not as clean or smooth as it's meant to be, same thing happened to my choke as well as it kinda got stuck at one point and would not return to normal and it fixed itself after the wash

so give that a go ! :D
