Don't buy a new fairing unless you absolutly have to. There are plenty of bits on the Aus Superbike site.
like everyone else said. If you are just doing trackdays then just race glass, braided lines on the front only and sort the suspension out. if you are going to race then add rear sets, chain/sprockets, lockwire, trim down the electrics, full exhaust system etc etc etc
I did bugger all to get mine to a std where I could track it (even left the stand on), then did a little more to go racing
