Hey that's a QLD idea...they used to have cardboard cops up there in the 80's cause all the real ones where at brothels picking up payola.

i reckon they should just put these cardboard cut outs everywhere so even if u do slow down and yer a little too "hot", there will no camera! which would make the world a better place! then they can send the police out hte figth the real crimes!

im sure that the gumbyment all think the real criminals are those stopping the inbound revenue stream from the crooks, uhm, i mean normal everyday road users
