Thanks T and Neka, well it went ok when I dropped kids off yesterday. The kids wanted to catch the train so we got him to meet us at station near his house. They walked off train he grabbed them and left straight away. I am not to worried about him or him hitting me cause it will only happen once as I am sure he will se wont help his chances in court. Not good for kids to see and that would be the only down part of it

Sorry I've missed this thread Laine! Work's kinda hectic at the moment. Just know that you have my support, and if there's anything you need done, give me a yell!
If he keeps being as ass, I have a few friends that will gladly accompany you to the drop off/picking up of the kids.
I'm sure he'll be well behaved.

Oh and i hope numbnuts comes to his senses and stops going off like an immature asshat all the time. Unfortunately i don't know the entire story, but i've seen a couple of friends with custody battles, and they ain't fun for anyone.

Thanks Mike and no it's not fun for the kiddies, I HATE more than anything them being in the middle but i hate it more when I go to collect them and he wont let them come and they cry. *sigh* what do ya do
Your rite though you don't know the whole story and I cant write a novel but Blue and Froggy know it and I think they will tell you the same as what I have.... As much as he annoys me and makes life hard I can't hate him though so it's hard *sigh* again
