ZX7R standard settings
can anyone please tell me what the standard settings on the front and rear suspension are?

The front Preload is 6.5 rings showing (but you should set this for your weight)
Front Rebound 7 clicks out
Front Compression 6 clicks out
Rear Preload 13mm of thread (but should be set for your weight)
Rear Rebound position 2
Rear Compression 15 clicks out.
Front Rebound 7 clicks out
Front Compression 6 clicks out
Rear Preload 13mm of thread (but should be set for your weight)
Rear Rebound position 2
Rear Compression 15 clicks out.
