My pipe has lost 6 inches sorry hoffy but I needed to practice before
chopping yours mate following strict instructions from the Aussie streetfighters site the ugly dent has been removed well chopped off & the final result from project cut & shut is great! the look is much better & the sound is a little deeper overall i am very pleased
Now before some of the KSRC crew stand back in shock & horror of the fact that a $900 pipe can be attacked with the cutting wheel this was a second hand pipe with a dent complements from the previous owner & the landed cost of this pipe was sub $300 so there is no love lost with 6" missing
more details to come!
Ohh I'm sure !!! - the small dent on the lower front section is a handy 120mm from the front of the pipe......
There must be something in the air - I am doing a chop job on the RS3 that came with the zorst system from Groggles..........its over 100mm longer than the RS3 that Hoffy is getting next week, far too bloody long. Its getting cut *in half*.....
".....shut the gate on this one Maxie......it's the ducks guts !!............."

my bracket used to sit where the front sleeve starts
OK Next trick will be looking for more ponies... PC3 & Dyno work required here! strangely enough I had expected more popping bubbling & cracking noises when backing off but it is the same as before just slightly louder, its beaudyfuwll!!
hehe ppl werent sure whether id need a PC3 and dyno tune after fitting my new cans...boy ill tell ya i do! ..it stalls, runs lean...gives good power, but i want it smoother...
