Anyway, re. the waterproof Givi topbox and it's effect on the taste of Chinese takeaway...it's not a good thing . I carry a Kryptonite disklock in my topbox, and it used to just rattle around the bottom. Over a period of time it pulzerised the plastic a bit and the split sauce with added prawns was enough to wash the loose flaky bits off the bottom. As I said though, I don't just throw prawns away .

I put the lock in my bag now...
