how to fit oggys/frame sliders
Im assuming that when you fit frame sliders or crash knobs they bolt through that top engine mount.
is that correct?
if so how do you remove the engine bolts?
was just looking at mine and those bolts look kinda weird - i couldnt see it being all that straight forward - although others tell me its a simple job.

THanks smiity
that does help.
i wasnt sure if was meant to undo that hex bolt and replace it or what.
i guess i was just a little concerned about pulling out the engine mount bolts and replacing them with an unknown quantity. atleast with the standard bolts you know thats whats in all the other bikes too.
but i guess these people know what they are doing.

They all mount different.
Some replace and mount on a engine bolt some mount to the heavier fairing bolts and some come with plates that you bolt across 2 bolts and then bolt the crash to that, these are usualy the ones that you dont have to cut a hole in the fairings to mount the oggies .
As Stereo said read the instructions and hopefully you cant go wrong.

yea..mario is right (for a change)..u can buy sum that u cut in to the fairing, and sum that u dont, it depends on the bike, the crash's and that, and they should have instructions too..
and considering they should be tested , the bolts they supply u should be up to standard..
