had some tosser try to tell me this morning that he pulled 350 on a new zx10 just wondering if anyone else has got a lightspeed zx10

You ought to test ride one mate, they go faster than that in 1st if you push hard enough - not
Standard it's restricted to 299kp/h, with the right gadgets (PCIII, speedohealer etc) you might scrape 320ish. Spend a few grand on lighter parts, a few more grand on engine mods and regear it, well, then you might just manage 325. Takes a lot of grunt to push the air aside at those kinda speeds.

Ive cracked $2.75 indicated....and it felt like the force was going to rip my farkin head off..good luck getting to $3,500
Its like the guy I met on a 04 blade that told me he does 330 jalapeno's down the main straight of E.C. I stopped the story to inform him that superbikes are lucky to hit 295 due to the lenght of the straight, and Mick Doohan could only manage 298 on his GP bike, as the straight isn't long enough to do any more
