How loyal are you to a brand?

I know I'm incredibly loyal to Motul. Every lubricant/fluid I get is always motul. Brake/Clutch Fluid, chain lube, oil, whatever, its always Motul.

Speakin of which, where could I get some Motul stickers? I reckon once I tart her up I'll have to throw a few of em on.

To be honest i'm not very brand loyal at all. I shop smart n buy what i think is the best fo ant given situation, this site is a good example of getting "the good oil" on products with pople that have more experience with variuos products. Word of mouth is the best endorsement imo. I have favoured brands like Kawasaki n Bridgestone other then that its whats the best "Deal" at any given time. Never owned a Ford but still support em cause of the "driver"/"drivers"

I have to admit I love my Kawasaki, but it still doesn't mean my next bike will be one. The limited choices I have height-wise remove the luxury of choice. Leg-length coupled with the weight distribution of the bike and the fact Kawasaki don't make a mid-sized naked, apart from the Z750 (which is a bit heavy imho), make it easier to look elsewhere.

Before we open the same debate...Yes, there are ways of lowering the Z750, and it looks the duck's guts, but it's 20-odd kg heavier than it should be (again imho). However, the jury's still out, lets see what happens mid next year. A nice new Z750 may still get the nod

No particular preference for motorcycle clothing, most of the expensive brand-name stuff I have bought has had short-comings one way of another. My boots came apart, my jacket leaks, my winter pants' goretex lining has come adrift, and first helmet used to freeze my face. My cheap Shoei is pretty good, and the model I have seems to suit the shape of my head. Racersden gloves are pretty good, and my el-cheapo Dririder winter gloves are 100% waterproof and keep my hands warm...and you can't ask for much more in winter up here.

However, you guys mostly seem like a pretty upfront bunch of guys 'n girls and there seems to be (mostly) an absence of the ego-fuelled male testosterone state of play which exists elsewhere. I'd like to think I'd still be welcome on another Japanese bike, although if I ever buy a Harley (or a Japanese clone thereof) please feel free to evict me with my blessing

hmm im loyal in a funny way...i have to have all matching gear...i bought alpy boots, so i bought alpy gloves..then wen i bought sidi boots i realised i cant get sidi gloves ...so ill try to get matching gloves & leathers..or sumthing...always been like that, all my cricket gear HAD to match...all my footy gear had to b same brand etc...had to wear nike socks with my nike shoes..etc

hmm im very loyal in a queer funny way...i have to have all matching gear,lipy makeup etc...i bought high-heal boots, so i bought fingerless gloves as well as bum cheek exposing chaps..then wen i bought sidi ug boots i realised i cant get sidi lambs wool gloves ...so ill try to get matching gloves & leathers whips & manicals ..or sumthing as kinky...always been like that gayish , all my cricket gear HAD to match jock-strap etc...all my footy gear had to b same colour etc...had to wear nike totoo with my little nike shoes..etc I hope I dont come across gay but I am
