I have a license somewhere for one of those puppies, I used to look after the electronics in them

They're a hoot to drive, no more difficult than an auto car, except things you run over stay run over. They only do about 60km/h top speed, though you can do this over some pretty rough country and you don't really need to slow down for fences or gates.
They've got a 36-odd litre multi-fuel dual-super-charged V10 so they also chew through the juice. I think we used to get about 1km/l and it has a 600 litre tank. Burns anything, diesel, kero, heating oil...
