Hey guys,
Just done a oil change on my 05' ZX-6RR track bike with Motul 7100.
The oil is red in colour, now my stupid question is this.
I let the bike idle for 5 or so minutes to let the new oil make its way around, how quickly should this change colour cause it's now changed from red to more of a black colour now?
Is this normal or is something the matter?
Bike runs fine, with no dramas what so ever.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Matt

ummm maybe when the oil gets heat the molecular structure change causes the colour to change??
maybe it just picked up shit in the motor and coloured the oil??
