Has anyone got some direct contact details for these guys...

My misses had me order myself a double bubble for my b'day, and I ordered it on Thursday last week to ensure it would arrive in time.. And it was nice getting a $10 discount for being a member, cause it's the misses that saves a few bucks, not me.. But I'd rather pay full price if it's actually going to be sent when promised, and the buyer is kept informed.

My misses didn't budget for my b'day last year and missed it by about a week or so.. Which didn't really go down to well.. And I can just see it happening again, through no fault of her own, but she's gunna be VERY cut up about it, if Cus and Ed don't come through with the goods..

I got an email from Cus on friday at 7:43am saying it missed the Aus Post pickup and it will be in mondays mail.. I know today's only Tuesday, but we both have Thursday off work, and it is being delivered to her work.. And I have no idea if it has been sent as I've heard nothing back

I guess I'm venting abit of my frustration, but her C/C hasn't been billed, and neither of us have had an email response to say it has been sent, so I'm starting to get abit worried that it's even been sent at all.

If anyone does know them can they PM me a contact number or something cause email doesn't seem to get getting me anywhere.

Thanks

Tried calling earlier, no answer and Ed's is turned off.

I just got a couple of emails from Cus, the screen has just been sent (9:30am today)... So looks like we'll have to head into the misses work if
it arrives tommorrow, and if it doesn't poo will hit the proverbial fan..

Dan

Can people msg me with Ed and Cus' contact details again please..

I spoke to these guys at the GP, and sent them 2 emails as per their request and I just can't get a reply out of them....

My screen was a defect, with the bubble pressed about 1 inch off centre, and they wanted pics so they could see and decide what to do with it...

I'd like to get this sorted and would seriously reconsider ever buying from Racers Den ever again..... Really pathetic customer service...

I got a double bubble off them for my 98 ZX6R. I got a 2000 one first and they sorted that out pretty quick. But the new screen acts like a lense on hot days and has melted the top of my cluster. You can put your hand there and its bloody hot. I emailed them some pics and they didn't want to know about it. The reply was basically tuff luck, buyer beware. :x

Yeah, Rossi's one from the UK has done that..

I leave mine under a tree out the back of work, so I don't have to worry about that to much.. And at home, I try to leave it near the fence, or in the garage to prevent it getting to much sun.

Mine has done the same thing. You can buy a replacement cover. It's not a problem with Racer's Den's screens, any screen shaped in that way will have the same "magnifying lens" problem. Just carry a towel or something to cover the xcreen when parking in the sun, or try and park it in the shade.

Thats just from riding. It has an undercover spot at work and it has a car space to itself in the garage. Annoying, but now that its happened it can't get any worse I guess.

I still haven't received my pick up knobs & race stand that I paid for a while ago. I have sent lots of emails & even rang Cus's Mobile & left messgaes on his voice mail, but no calls or emails.

Decided that I've got to take the screen off and paint the underside of it Matt Black......caution for you here guys....it's the underside that has the iridium coating so don't try and rough it for the paint

if you look at the edge you'll find the iridium is on the top side.. not bottom.. on the racersden one it is... If you rub it enough you'll lose the coating... same as sunglasses..
otherwise it would be clear plastic with an iridium tint on the under side.. as you can't have iridium tint be shiny through a tinted plastic.
