The police always blitz the GP.....I wonder what they'll think of my rego tube this year, cos they weren't too happy with me having the sticker under the pillion seat last year. Not that they did me for it though

I only saw two police cars on the way down – a 4x4 near corryong and a ute at Yallam.

It’s a nervous trek to the mailbox each after noon though for the next week or two….
Apparently the Victorian police can be a bit sneaky.

I must admit all the talk about the police doing a blitz or hiding in bushes etc definitely slowed us down a bit.

Well Ponti, you'll be glad to know Buford T Justice was in his usual spot with the foldout chair. When we went through he was just finishing up with a couple of bikes who might've been trying to catch up to the rest of their group.

Didn't see any others on the way down, but there were plenty on the way home in their usual spots near Orbost.
