its more than likely to be a slight weep from a gasket, thats all. Modern crankcases don't generally *split*, unless they have been hit with a big rock while sliding down the road ..
I would be really surprised if the cases had split after a high-speed fang....

Kermit - 1st up don't panic yet
Ok you say it has an oil leak - how much has it lost ? Check your oil sight gauge first.
Most bikes accumulate a lot of oily greasy shit when only ridden local short trips, a prolonged high speed (high temperature) run will loosen this and cause it to drip off.
But as Gos says you need to track down the source of the leak before trying to diagnose anything
