Thanks to a little help from darcy @ Bike Performance(Enogerra) the greenmeanie is fully operational again. I got a new(2nd hand) gear selector lever + a new(2nd hand) footpeg mount bracket from Al's Wreckers(Bowen Hills).

In some ways its good having a slightly older bike as you have a good chance of getting parts from a wreckers. I wasn't looking forward to buying new($$$$$$$) and its definitely saved me some $$.

Still have the scratched up fairing but not too worried as its only cosmetic and will get around to doing something with it one day.

So by yesterday arvo(wed) i was much happier than i was sunday arvo.
