Looks like a good buy. The obvious benefits with leather are they offer better protection. That is about it.
The textile pants should be water proof, possibly more comfortable in hot weather and easier to walk around in. They would make a good option for long touring.
Again they look like a good buy.
Remember, half the people you know are below average.

I bought full leather pants of ebay a month or 2 ago for $60 new!!

but they're sooo bloody uncomfortable to ride in and are a touch too small felt so weird riding with them on the other day.

i wish i'd bought textile pants!

have they bum hip and knee armour? or just knee?
