New Chain Sprockets and Tyres

Post by ty »

Everyone seems to be interested in prices of tyres and chains and sprockets etal.
I've just booked mine in in 2 weeks time for all of them:

Front BT-020 $184
Rear BT-020 $264
Free fit fot both

Chain RK 530XSO $189
F Sprocket 16T $16
R Sprocket 46T $58
Chain+Sprock fit $60

Normal rear sprocket size for ZZR600 is 48T, but I've opted for a smaller one for the freeway.

Mario

Give

Allwest- in melton 9743 0732
Peter Stevens - in city 9602 5833 (store), 9329 4440 (service centre)
Bikes Plus - in kelior 9374 3299

a call and between all 3 they should have a few cheap but descent brands. Ask motorcycle mechanics (at these places, not sales people) if they have ever heard or used these brands. Many of them are very helpful.

Happy hunting
