Near 700 k's on Tassie roads is like a 1200 klm day here on the mainland!!!Daisy wrote:Yeah, you're soft. Ditch that semi race bike and get another ZZR.![]()
I went for a leisurely 200k ride yesterday to deliver my sister's birthday card - and I figured while I was that far ... I might as well keep going and see my other sisters too.696 kays for the day. I was ready for a sleep when I got home though.
So soft, I need to HTFU (at least my butt anyways)

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

It was bloody cold and foggy when I left too. Funny thing is, at the three highest points where I expected it to be nasty, it was actually warm ... ish.Strika wrote:Near 700 k's on Tassie roads is like a 1200 klm day here on the mainland!!!![]()
Nice work Daisy!!!!
Riding in Tassie is a bit like and endless Reefton Spur, or and Endless Bonang or an endless Gingers Ck, or an Endless Elliot way!!!!!!
Riding in the Adelaid hills is the closest thing to riding in Tassie on the mainland, where 400 k's in th Adelaide hills is like an 800 klm day in Sydders or Melb!
We have just today installed heated grips on HM's bike so he can keep riding it to work. I want some.
