The the Australian dollar sitting so high, I thought it would be a great idea to buy a set of leathers from the US. I already buy from http://www.mxsouth.com/ but their leathers aren't the best price.
Anyone had any dealings with US apparel sites?
Any recomendations?

Re: US websites?
I have used the following sites and have found all very reliable
http://www.ridegear.com
http://www.ridersdiscounts.com ($25 delivery fee regardless of size)
http://www.starcycle.com
http://www.oppracing.com
just ensure you star under the $1000AUS limit otherwise you may attract some import taxes.

Re: US websites?
perfect time for buying from the US.
also dont forget http://www.alpinestars.com/
$600 and shipping is a lot less than $1300 from retailers. best thing is, you can try it on here and you will know what size to get
if i wasnt in the process of moving house id get fitted out!

Re: US websites?
try eGay & do a search.
there will be about a million hits for brand name product at deep discount, even with the shipping.
make sure the 'value' on the invoice is under $1000. it should fly through & not get picked up by customs.
this will avoid customs duty & then gst on top off that..

Also try New Enough. I've been chatting on a US forum for a few years and those guys rave about 'em.
