haha...ohhh it did indeed happen with big thanks to John Tetley from Lakeside and Queensland Raceway... :prayer: We got several laps in two up, Seraph got to put a few in then we did it reverse direction as well :D QR and EC so average..

That girl has a lot of teeth when she smiles that big, thought she was going to eat her helmet from the inside out

MICK DOOHAN
“If you can learn to race a motorbike at Lakeside you can compete at any track in the world” – Mick Doohan former multiple World 500cc Champion

Guess Mick agrees, who am I to argue with him, Lakeside poss one of the gnarliest, nastiest and down right awesome tracks you will ever ride and is neck and neck with Pi as fastest average speed track and Pi's still the fastest GP track in the world from recall??? and lakesides harder to ride too...

I rode it many years ago and remember the uphill change of direction just prior the busstop as a very rewarding bit of track if you got it right. (Was lots of nasty armco around but). Great track for spectators too. Good to see it going again. :D

One of the best things i ever saw was Brocky in his last race at Lakeside doing a burnout up the main straight and round the kink!

followed shortly by a bloke who'd been sititng on top of a dodgy scaffold tower on the outside of the track for the 3 days, jumping the fence and prentending to root a cardboard cut-out of Brocky in the track between the tyre marks!

:prayer:

Would love to ride that track one day!
